What Do I Do If Disk Drill Stops Working?

If the Disk Drill program freezes up (which is a very unlikely scenario), one way to gather useful information in OS X is to “sample” its process. This allows you to send us data about what’s going on in the program. To get this file and send it to us for troubleshooting, follow these simple steps:

1: Launch the “Activity Monitor” application.

2: Under Process Name Select “Disk Drill”.
3: Click the Sample Process button at the top of the window under a Gear menu.
A new window will appear.
