As you know, Disk Drill lets you mount your scanning results as a separate disk for faster and more convenient preview and recovery of found data. However, it seems that on older Mac OS X versions (specifically on 10.8.x), the mounted disk may not show up automatically after being mounted, or may not be listed as an external drive in Finder if you accidentally close its window.

Disk Drill preferences

To fix that, go to Finder -> Preferences -> General, and enable “Connected Servers” checkbox. Now look for the new drive called “Recoverable” in Finder.

This should do the trick. EZ! We thank our wonderful users for reporting this issue.
