Starting now, Lifetime Updates are included as a standard part of our perpetual license, which we are now officially calling the Lifetime License. Previously, Lifetime Updates had to be purchased as a separate add-on on top of the perpetual license. We listened to your feedback and decided to simplify things: one purchase, one license, updates for life. No extras needed.
Alongside the Lifetime License, we are also introducing an annual subscription for users who prefer a more flexible, lower entry-point option. Whether you want the security of owning your license outright or prefer the flexibility of an annual plan, Disk Drill now has an option that fits. And as always, a single license covers both Disk Drill for macOS and Disk Drill for Windows, with support for up to three device activations, so your whole setup is covered.
We are also taking this opportunity to remind you that Disk Drill Basic remains free, with no changes to its features or recovery limits across platforms.
