Is Disk Drill compatible with macOS Ventura?
Yep, as you can see above, the newest release of Mac data recovery software, Disk Drill 5, is fully compatible with the newest macOS Ventura update (version 13) and optimized—both visually and under the hood—to look, feel, and perform as best as possible.
I had purchased Disk Drill 4 PRO before I upgraded my Mac to macOS Ventura. Will I get a free upgrade to version 5?
If you purchased Disk Drill PRO (for Windows or macOS) on or after September 1st, 2022, you are entitled to a free upgrade to Disk Drill 5. Check out our Grace Period conditions. Also, you might have already purchased your Lifetime Upgrades, then you know the answer. Or, it’s probably a good idea to add it to your cart when ordering Disk Drill 5.

How many devices does a single Disk Drill 5 license include?
A single license can be used by 1 user on up to 3 devices simultaneously.
Do you offer edu/military/other discounts?
If you are a student, teacher, or a representative of an educational institution, government agency, or non-profit organization, then you are eligible for a 20% discount on Disk Drill PRO or Enterprise. We also give discounts of up to 50% to those who have purchased another data recovery application for Windows or macOS and are not satisfied with it.
Will I get a refund if I can’t recover my files?
All purchases of Disk Drill PRO or Enterprise are final and non-refundable. We encourage all potential customers to use the free version of Disk Drill first and purchase a license only when satisfied with its results.
How can I find out if my files can be restored?
The free version of Disk Drill can be used to find and preview all recoverable files, and we recommend you use it before you purchase Disk Drill PRO or Disk Drill Enterprise. Some files that can’t be fully previewed might still be recoverable, but we don’t guarantee their successful recovery. In such situations, feel free to contact us for more information about the risks associated with the recovery of damaged files.
