Whew! Got a little itchy with the ‘Delete’ button and accidentally sent some photos to the ether. Thankfully Disk Drill pulled them from the brink for me 😮💨.
It’s a great software. I dropped my portable Samsung SSD T9 1TB. I had work data on it. Companies want a lot of money for recovery. I installed the demo version to see what it would do. Disk Drill loaded immediately after installation. The demo version repairs 500Mb and I had 800Gb. I purchased the full version, the code came immediately after payment. I turned on copying the found data to a replacement disk and the program performed a flawless migration from the faulty SSD to the new disk. I recommend it to everyone who has a problem with a storage medium.
Here’s a piece of software I can wholeheartedly recommend — it has saved my work more than once, including today. An external drive failed, but I was able to recover all the material from my camera’s memory card, even though it had already been formatted twice. 🙌 @Cleverfiles
My Linux drive was trashed by a bad Ubuntu update some time ago, tried and failed with a number of different recovery software, the best I could find was going to put 150k files (the family archives) into one folder with no directory structure or correct file names, needless to say I didn't do it. Then I found Disk Drill, all my files, full directory structure and the correct file names, and wow……is it fast.

This program is a lifesaver!!!!! I accidentally formatted my SD card and when I was trying all of my SD cards, I was able to view photos from MONTHS before. Ones that I thought were long gone. HIGHLY recommend!!

Photographers, are you looking for something better than coffee? I got something for you. Try corrupt SD Card from a wedding… That will pump your hormones to stratosphere 🚀 But fortunately Disk Drill exists. No commercial here, just praise and big Thank you. All photos back.
I was recovering GoPro 9 video and picture files from a vacation. The GoPro got wet inside the battery/SD card area and corrupted the Micro SD card. I was fine with purchasing a software to get these videos back. I understood you can’t get a great product for free.
I purchased the Disk Drill Pro software and the photos worked but the videos did not. I did reach out to customer service and they sent a link for an updated EXE file, that had directions to use the “advanced camera recovery”. I used that option and choose GoPro 9 for the camera type and then all my MP4 videos came thru and I was able to see them in the preview window. They recovered just fine to my computer! I was so excited and thankful I reached out instead of just assuming it didn’t work.
