Disk Drill 1.4 introduces Guaranteed Recovery

We are uploading Disk Drill 1.4.137 now. The automatic update notifications will shoot out within minutes. This is a much improved release: we worked on speed issues, stability in many aspects of data recovery, Lion update and even added a totally new data protection and recovery method called Guaranteed Recovery. It actually works as an extended undo when deleting files in Mac OS. Another analog would be a kind of Recently Deleted menu. And yes, it is free as well as Recovery Vault and other protection options in Disk Drill.

Guaranteed Recovery method is still in beta, we’ll polish it a bit, and once we feel it’s mature enough, we’ll remove the beta tag. Stay tuned.
