Disk Drill 2.0.368 – critical recommended update

Sep 3, 2013: today we are releasing the new minor build of Disk Drill. Mainly it concentrates on internal improvements, and will actually be a great source of fixes and improvements for everyone relying on our Guaranteed Recovery data protection algorithm. Here’s what’s new.

Disk Drill 2.0.368:

• improved Guaranteed Recovery compatibility with some third-party apps
• improved more details are now provided by S.M.A.R.T. status tests
• improved bad sectors detection and processing
• improved preventive warnings when trying to save session data to the disk being scanned
• improved UI fonts and text labels are visually more polished
• fixed Disk Drill now assigns correct access right to files copied from the mounted disk with recovery results
• fixed Fahrenheit and Celsius (Centigrade) switching when S.M.A.R.T. is enabled
• fixed some critical Guaranteed Recovery stability issues
• Localization fixes and updates
