    Recovering an MP4 video, audio or photo file from Windows Recycle Bins and Mac Trash is very simple. Below, we\u2019ll outline how to do it for each process.<\/p>\r\n

    Recovering MP4 Files from a Windows Recycle Bin<\/b><\/h4>\r\n

    1. Open your recycle bin with a double click.<\/li>\r\n\t
    2. Then find the file that you\u2019ve deleted. There are two options at this point.<\/li>\r\n\t

    4. The file will disappear from the Recycle Bin and reappear in the location from which it had been deleted.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

        2. Right-click on the file and choose rename<\/b> or press the F2 key<\/i>.\"Renaming Change the file format to .avi by simply adding .avi<\/b> to the end of the time. You need to include the period before the avi <\/b>and confirm the action.<\/li>\r\n\t
