First, let\u2019s start off with how to recover deleted music from iCloud.<\/p>\r\n

When we play music on our iPhone, we\u2019re streaming it through the internet and in this case, iCloud. We can recover and store these songs locally on your iPhone.<\/p>\r\n

As a pilot, someone who travels a lot, and goes for outdoor runs frequently, having your music stored locally on your device is something that is vital to me as I am without an internet connection often.<\/p>\r\n

We can recover deleted music and store it back onto our iPhone from iCloud by following these steps.<\/p>\r\n

  1. Open the Apple Music app on your iPhone.<\/li>\r\n\t
  2. Touch and hold the song, album, or playlist that you’ve added from Apple Music.<\/li>\r\n\t
  3. Tap Download.\"song<\/li>\r\n\t
  4. The Music will now be stored locally on your device and is saved from iCloud. You can do this with individual songs, playlists, and albums.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    There is a difference between something being in your library and being downloaded and stored on your device. Just because you can click it and play it, doesn\u2019t mean that it\u2019s recovered from iCloud and will be accessible to you all of the time when you don\u2019t have internet.<\/p>\r\n

    To make sure that all of your Music is saved on your iPhone, I would recommend that you go into your Settings app on your iPhone, then scroll down to Music, under Downloads, and turn on Automatic Downloads.<\/div>\r\n

    <\/span>Method 2:<\/span> How to Retrieve Music From the Music App Using iCloud by Changing Your Configuration Settings<\/span><\/h2>\r\n

    If you have music on your Mac that you\u2019re not seeing on your iPhone, this could be due to your sync settings on your iPhone. We can change these and then the music should sync over and appear on our iPhone.<\/p>\r\n

    A common scenario for this would be if you ripped some old clutch CDs and they\u2019re not showing up.<\/p>\r\n

    1. Go into the Settings app on our iPhone.\"settings\"<\/li>\r\n\t
    2. Scroll down to Music.\"settings<\/li>\r\n\t
    3. Within Music, check and make sure that you have Sync Library checked on as this could be the reason music that you have stored on your Mac isn\u2019t showing up on your iPhone.\"sync<\/li>\r\n\t
    4. Go back into the Music app and see if the music is now showing up. It may take a moment for the Music app to update. You can also close the app and relaunch it if you\u2019re not seeing the music.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
