This is quite convenient for later recovery, especially if the disk you need to recover from is failing.<\/p>\n<p>In cases where the disk image you created cannot be mounted (viewed) on your Mac, or you are getting the \u201cno mountable file systems\u201d warning, you can try to attach the non-mountable disk image with the help of Disk Drill.<\/p>\n<p>Go to Disk Drill\u2019s <strong>File<\/strong> menu and select the\u00a0<strong>Attach Non-mountable Images<\/strong>\u00a0option. Then navigate to the location of the disk image file, select it and click <strong>Attach<\/strong>. That\u2019s it.
