The latest SDXC memory cards are the successor to SDHC memory cards and provide higher capacity and higher speed memory cards for use with digital cameras. Apple now support SDXC in the latest iMac models with the built-in memory card reader, and include a version of Disk Utility which can format these memory cards. The preferred format is called ‘exFAT’ and sometimes referred to as FAT64.
As far as I can see Disk Drill does not yet support this format.
As it is not only already an established format (it became so with Windows Vista SP1), but is in fact already being used on Macs and supported by Apple, it would seem obvious that Disk Drill would benefit from adding support for this format especially since one of the major features of Disk Drill is for recovering files from memory cards.
Information about exFAT can be obtained at the following links

jelockwood, we’ll handle additional tests for exFAT, however deep scan option doesn’t care which file system it is out there on a drive.October 11, 2010 at 4:35 am #4536
I can confirm that deep scan handles ExFAT disks without any issues.
