I purchased and used DD a few months ago with great success, trying to again use it today, and am getting an activation code format error. Was trying to input my “unlock code” — is this the same thing?
Do I need a new code? Mine is 8 digits between dashes, seems the example is 5 digits. Have emailed support, but wondering if other users have had this problem and if there is an easy fix?
It’s not the problem of the format. The reason is: you just have the code for version 1, while trying to activate Disk Drill version 2 with it. We emailed you the solution based on your previous order data.
