I purchased the pro version about an hour ago and still didn’t get the activation code. I sent several email but no reply. What’s going on ?

I am really puzzled because I received my link to log in on the site, but no ACTIVATION CODE to recover my files. Please send me the code that I have already purchased so that I can get my files restored please.
