    Hi
I had some issues with my OS so I had decided to go with the Recovery Disk Assistant, which I had no idea would erase all my data. Anyway, instead of using a flash drive, I used my 2TB backup hard disk and the program overwrote my data.
I am scanning my drive with the free version and it seems to be working so that’s good. But I am wondering, when I’ll get to the recover step, I really don’t want it to recover the disk assistant program, and the files names are numbers so I have no way to find it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

I didn’t get the question. If you are able to find the files you are looking for, and confirm their recoverability by previewing them with Disk Drill Basic, you are good to go.
