    Hello,

    I am using your Version 1.0 BETA (1.0.68) of Disk Drill for Mac. I completed the deep scan process in approx. 24 hours. The when attempting to recover the files, I received the message “Error: Canceled by User” at the beginning of the recovery effort. Please advise…

    Please, upgrade to Disk Drill 1.1. The bug is fixed in the newest release: http://www.cleverfiles.com/getdiskdrill

    Same issue. If I upgrade, will I have to rescan? Scan took over a week! On that note, will the update be faster?

    The latest build of Disk Drill 1.3.123 is the fastest. Just save your scanning session, so you won’t need to rescan: http://www.cleverfiles.com/getdiskdrill

    I don’t think you need any specific instructions now. Just make sure you are running the latest build of Disk Drill. If you are still experiencing any similar issues, please, email the logs generated by your copy of Disk Drill according to these instructions: /help/troubleshooting-basics/
