My friend take some photos by a digital camera but without SD card, lucky there have 36MB pre-installed memory inside the camera. But unlucky after that she forgot press which button then all photos gone. I try to use DiskDill Pro to check, it could found that camera, but nothing could do, nothing could do after the icon. Could someone help? Or this case could not be rescue?

Also this morning, I plug again to test, and I also plug my iPhone at the same time, I found the iPhone also have an icon inside the DiskDill panel too, also could do anything.

You need to enable Mass Storage Mode on your camera, otherwise Disk Drill won’t be able to access it to recover data. iPhones and other iOS devices cannot be used in this mode, Apple doesn’t allow that, so not much can be done here.
