    I purchased and used DD a few months ago with great success, trying to again use it today, and am getting an activation code format error. Was trying to input my “unlock code” — is this the same thing?
    Do I need a new code? Mine is 8 digits between dashes, seems the example is 5 digits. Have emailed support, but wondering if other users have had this problem and if there is an easy fix?

    It’s not the problem of the format. The reason is: you just have the code for version 1, while trying to activate Disk Drill version 2 with it. We emailed you the solution based on your previous order data.

    I need to get the upgrade link as well and haven’t heard back from anyone…please advise. I am needing to use the software ASAP…

    Having the same problem right now and I’m in a bit of a rush. Need to collect recovered files within the next hour. If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

    Didn’t see any requests from you, Kevin, to our tech support. I will try to send you a message myself. Note that each upgrade case is unique and requires manual input (checking previous order, etc.).

    I have the same issue. I never received the upgrade email. I’ve sent two emails requesting an activation code with no replies.

    Both your emails are replied by now. The upgrade emails were sent last year in April.
