I have a mirror raid that failed so I use DD to deep scan one of the 1T hard drives. After two days the deep scan was complete–listing 999+ jpgs, several docs, pdfs and more. Yeah. I could see file size and jpgs tiffs etc were listed in seperate files…

But when it came time to recover them, when the recovery button in the lower right was clicked it merely created shell folders on the chosen target recovery hard drive with none of the files listed from the deepscan. NOTE: the hard drive was listed as DOS though it is used and formatted for Mac. Any thoughts?

Any error messages in the results screen? Can you also follow section #1 in the following article: /help/troubleshooting-basics/ ?
